After growing up as an apprentice in his grandmother’s pasticceria, Chef Vito completed his culinary training in southern Italy.
When he came to Maryland, he brought with him his family’s rich tradition of fine cooking and all of the hospitality that comes with it. At Mangia E Bevi, we love nothing more than sharing elegant dishes with Urbana in the comfort of our warm, familial dining room. From our rich penne alla bolognese to our tantalizingly fresh biscotti, you’ll taste authenticity in every bite.
