Flying Cows Family,

It’s always hard to find the right words after a season ends - especially like last night.

The Cows fought thier a$$ off. We came up just short against the league’s top seed in a game that could have gone either way. We believed we could win it, and so did every player, coach, staff member, and fan who made the trip.

The truth is, this season wasn’t always easy. We entered a brand-new league, new staff, new players, battled injuries, adversity, roster changes, and more than our fair share of ups and downs. The record didn’t always reflect it, but we knew this group was one of the most talented teams in the league. Over the last two playoff games, they showed everyone. We could not be more proud of our guys.

Most importantly, through every challenge, YOU showed up. The best fans in the league (by miles), the best fans in Frederick, the best fans in sports.

To every fan who packed the Barn, traveled on the road, rang a cowbell, wore a onesie, brought a friend, bought a ticket, or simply believed in us — thank you. Your patience, loyalty, and passion never wavered, and we don’t take that for granted.

While this season didn’t end with a championship, it strengthened our belief in what we’re building here in Frederick. The standard remains the same: compete for championships and make this community proud.

We’ll learn from this. We’ll get better. And we’ll be back next season more determined than ever to bring a league championship to Frederick.

Thank you for an unforgettable year.
