Shoe 26! ride. This girl is in Rehoboth and went on a fun boardwalk run & then to Dogfish Head (where the founder sang karaoke). Fun night with the Reho running group!
Back to the shoe- loved!! Light, bouncy, responsive on the wooden boardwalk. PS did you know that is the oldest shoe company?!?!
This cocoon sells out every year! Don’t wait!
The tights fit GREAT, nice deep pockets on the hips and back phone pocket. Super reflective and are not “winter” so can wear now! You will definitely see me sporting these and staying safe & seen 👀

I know…I skipped a whole week 🫣 But I am back!! Shoe 25…Mount to Coast! This is a newer brand on the scene. It has a dual lacing system which is pretty cool, nice cushion (great for long runs) and can last 500-800 miles 😅 of course depending on the person, how hard you are on shoes…but..seems pretty awesome. Next Wednesday at 6 AM we have a demo run where you can try them! Frederick

Just finished a meeting with Bre from the , we were discussing all the tricks & treats we have planned for The Witchway 5k. We started scrolling through pics from last year, that group came ALL out in costume, we now have high expectations & cannot wait to be WOWED!!

We took a trip to Rocky Gap today. Scoping out the trails for the race coming up!
Fall was in the air & on the ground! It was a perfect day for a run. Plus we went by the Oak Barrel cafe to get treats and I got to wear my fave sweatshirt 💕

Day 24, Mile 24, Shoe 24! Mont Blanc trail. This shoe is so bouncy and light! It is a really fun shoe to do downhills in 🙃!! I have run many miles in these to be honest and they are a go to on my fast trails.
Ps- I am also obsessed with my vest- it is so light and really holds all that I need VERY breathable.

Day 23, Mile 23, Shoe 23! Dope is right!! Love me some Altra Via! Firm, nice toe off! I mean I had some negative splits so they must be great 🤟🏻
