What a great day this was. So much to be shared and learned while using a product that was as close to perfect as possible. Wood Bully and Samantha South were amazing. The project had visits FROM North American Deck & Railing Association, Deck Specialist Magazine, Decks & Docks, Deck Building 101, YellaWood, Fiberon Composite Decking, Owens Corning Lumber and so many more. Thank you to everyone involved in helping Casey Fence & Deck continue to Set the Standard in Excellence.

I felt reinvigorated designing and my team of Edy ( @edybenitez51 ) Kevin, Santos, and Darwin bringing the "Mystic Rock" project to life for this wonderful family in Waynesboro, Pa. We used the @deckorators Summit Glacier decking combined with our custom triple border in Dark Slate for an AMAZING contrast. We put our own special twist on the 8 point Star featuring a unique outline / inner border detail and the 12 foot Diamond with another triple border. The Diamond was crafted using Dark Slate and Tundra, while the alternating colors inside the star are Tundra and Sierra. We also incorporated 97 Low Voltage LED lights on 2 transformers from my buddy @arobyg Roby at LMT. Everything is built on top of UC4B .23 Critically Treated freshwater marine grade framing set at 12" o.c. 3 sets of custom steps and topped off by a matching cocktail rail.

I went out to do some lighting repairs (waskly wabbits) on this built we built almost 12 years ago in Adamstown, MD. Its amazing how well the @fiberondecking #ipedecking has held its luster and beautiful color after all these years. All of the drone shots are current, there is virtually zero color change. Deck is in excellent condition. Just goes to show that if you build it correctly and structurally sound from the beginning, it really will last. This video of our Mystic Sky project was sent to us by our wonderful clients in the Woodridge section of Lake Linganore in New Market, Maryland. This project, the inlay and the lighting package had a great deal of sentimental value to me so I was doubly impressed by not only @edybenitez51 and his teams dedication to excellence but also that our clients took the time to make this video and share it with us. Project turned out nicer than everyone anticipated.

We called this one the Martin's Crossroads project and it features a full array of outdoor enhancements. Replaced a small old wood deck with this 320 square foot composite deck with vinyl rails. Our signature UC4B .23 CRITICALLY TREATED FRAMING, LMT low voltage LED riser lights, wrap around steps cascading down to a 580 foot matching paver patio (installed by my buddy Barnabas), white stones to accent certain areas, 2 sections of white vinyl privacy fence, and while there we repaired/ replaced the front split rail fences and added new picket style gates with our "Lightning Bolt" style braces.
