It's official, the sun has set on your chance at a home at Windswept. This has been one of PDR's best neighborhoods to date and we loved building every home. While Windswept has been sold out we have two new 3 lot communities coming up; one in Middletown and one in Walkersville as well as some townhomes for sale in Frederick, get them before they're gone!

Yesterday PDR was fortunate enough to spend the day giving back to the community by helping Habitat For Humanity of Frederick County. We were tasked with installing cabinets in two of their units on West All Saints Street and had a blast getting out of the office and doing some labor!
