Here at RDS we live off of our core values, and we would like to share them with all of you.
Today, we are emphasizing our first of four core values, Fair. Check it out below!

Congrats to Milender White, Boulder Housing Partners and Coburn Architects for being awarded the 2022 Housing Colorado Eagle Award for 30PRL! This new development is located in the heart of Boulder Colorado and holds 120 affordable housing units.

RDS is honored to have been able to work with such an amazing team on this project.

It is and here at RDS safety is our number one priority. Without proper safety guidelines and clear communication we would not be able to continue the amazing work we do.

Shoutout to Pat Lee, who has been our safety manager for almost 5 years! We are sad to see Pat go, but we are thankful to have had him on our team for so many years. We are super excited to bring on Casey as our new Safety Manager and we know that he will do a great job making sure all safety guidelines are followed and up to date at all times.

Hi all, check out the progress that has been made with Capstone at Centerra. We are really proud of how everything is coming along and cannot wait to see this one when it is finished!
