Your posture relies on ! A weak core means your low back works overtime to keep you standing!
Common misconception is that a lifting belt protects your back. It does nothing but reinforce your core to lock in on another level! Don’t depend on the belt if your core is still in development! Use it to reinforce not protect! 🔥💯
