This cottage on Elbow Lake near M-18 is newly renovated and we got to put the finishing touches on it.

The recent storms have been keeping us busy busy busy!

NEW 6 inch gutters, guards and storm drain work in Grosse Pointe. We deleted two problematic downspouts for our homeowner by installing the bigger gutters, replaced over 100 linear feet of cracked PVC fascia, and upgraded her underground storm drainage system!

We installed over a quarter-mile of gutter guards on this BEAUTIFUL home in Rochester, MI!

We love working with other contractors we know and trust. Our favorite masonry company, Brick Perspective LLC, went first and did a fantastic job on some repairs.

When they were done, we redesigned and upgraded the gutter system to 6” gutters and diverted all the water to the sides of the home so that we could eliminate a couple problematic downspouts for our homeowners!
