This is a history by year of homes sold. The forecast in 2026 is to be better than 2025 which was very flat. They are predicting 4.59 million homes for this year which I believe will not happen. It will@be more like 4 million or less which would be below 2023 numbers. Remember everyone that home prices have tripled since 2010 and we never had inflation like we do now. So the choice is a high mortgage or Food….which will people choose? Correct….cant enjoy the home if you are dead!!!!😳🥴

Here is what I can inform my buyers about upon showing them a home. Many sellers do not know they have problems so they are not disclosed because they do not know. Don’t wait till the home inspection to find out the home has expensive problems.
