The Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA) Annual Conference is a wrap — and it was a good one.

Yesterday, four revenue cycle leaders took the stage to cut through the noise on AI in the mid-revenue cycle: Sarah Knodel of Baylor Scott & White Health, Michelle Greame of Inova Health, Kathleen Quill Noyes of Summit Healthcare Regional Medical Center, and Sharon Kelley of Kelley Advisory Group.

The conversation was exactly what this moment calls for — not AI in theory, but AI delivering real outcomes: stronger revenue integrity and payer relationships built on data health systems can actually defend.

The questions from the room confirmed what we’re seeing across the industry: health systems are ready to move from pilots to scale.

Thanks to everyone who stopped by the booth and joined us this week. The work continues.

Year after year, Dr. Bassett continues to stand out as one of the rare physician leaders bridging clinical expertise and AI innovation.

As Chief Medical Officer at Xsolis, she leads both our clinical services and data science teams, and her fingerprints are all over our Dragonfly® platform — from the Care Level Score® that drives real-time AI-powered decision-making to the thought leadership shaping how health systems and health plans work together.

We're proud to celebrate Dr. Bassett and grateful to work alongside her.🎉

For the health system leaders deploying AI solutions, the real work is what comes after implementation: proving ROI to skeptical executives, building governance that holds, and earning clinical trust that doesn't erode the moment a workflow changes.

Our latest in Becker's Hospital Review draws on XCHANGE '26 findings and perspectives from MultiCare Health System's Dr. Debbie Schardt and Inova's Brian Donovan, including what it actually takes to move from early adopter to mature, scalable AI operation.

Nichol Burton, Clinical Consultant II, doesn't just support nurses — she is one.

That shared experience is exactly what makes her so effective in helping nurses learn the Dragonfly® platform. She understands the long shifts, the documentation burden, and the moments when paperwork pulls you away from your patients.

Dragonfly exists to change that — empowering nurses to work smarter, at the top of their license, so the focus stays on care, not clerical tasks.
And Nichol is there with them, every step of the way. 💙
