Another weak jobs report…
And just like that — another bond rally.
This morning’s NFP data came in way softer than expected.
Two months of downward revisions.
Unemployment ticking up.
And yields dropping fast.
But here’s the part most people miss:
10yr yields were already falling before the report
From 4.3% to 4.16% in just three days
Translation?
Bad labor news = good rate news
Buyers just got a tailwind
And sellers just got a shot of urgency
Position your buyers. Alert your sellers.

What if I told you...
a client came to me with a 8% mortgage she got with another broker just 16 months ago…
…and today we just refinanced her at 4.99%?
Pretty incredible, right?
💥 Her payment dropped by $1,250/month.
💥 Another client refinanced at 5.25%.
💥 We closed a purchase loan this week at 5.875% in just 4 days.
💥 VA refis hitting 5.3%.
And on top of that — we’ve got 5 more clear to close and all at least 10 days early with dozens more pre-approved buyers out shopping… many landing in the high 5s to low 6s.
The market is shifting.
Opportunities are popping up everywhere.
It’s exciting to see clients finally getting some relief.
