That’s what I’ve been up to 😁

Back in 2016, I decided to take my solo music seriously. I picked the name Beach Master, downloaded Logic after years using GarageBand & started DJing.

The goal was to produce EDM, but I wasn’t very good at it. But I was pretty good at making rap beats & then decided to start rapping myself since I’ve always wanted to but never had the confidence to go full send since I had only been in rock bands before.

Fast forward 10 years, I’ve put out 4 rap albums. I’m extremely proud of them, especially my “So Wavy” trilogy. I also released my rock album “Half Past June (2014 demos)” that I recorded by myself when I was 17. I really love all genres of music (except country)

I still want to make rock music and I don’t plan on stopping from rapping. But I’ve been really inspired since the start of this year to give electronic music another shot. And I’m feeling really confident in what I’ve put out so far + the songs I still have yet to release.

“Headphone Boy” was a nickname I was given behind my back when I was in high school. I think it was supposed to be making fun of me but I lowkey think that it goes hard af. So that’s the name of the album.

I promise I danced a lot 😅 Had to get vids for memory’s sake tho. Finally saw Disclosure, Foster The People, Iggy Pop, the Biebs & more amazing artists. The AirBnb was relaxing… getting in & out of the festival was not. All in all, unforgettable weekend 🤙🏼
