Join us this Saturday, March 22nd at Fitness Together in Sudbury at 2pm! This workshop is based on a book called The Blue Zones. Blue Zones are pockets of the world where people are statistically living the longest and happiest lives. This workshop will give you the insights on how to optimize your longevity and live better longer.

The workshop will follow a mobility workshop led by Fitness Together 's head coaches. So stick around for us and be inspired to take charge of your wellness and live better, longer.

TOMORROWS THE DAY!! We hope to see you at our outdoor event at the Framingham Historic Centre Common (Location of the Farmers market) on October 22nd at 9am. We will be in partnership with IMPACT Metrowest and will be doing a quick recovery and body weight class along with complimentary wellness screenings on site. Prizes will be given out to a few lucky attendees!

This is a “BRING A BUDDY” event: If you are currently a patient at Chiropractic Solutions, every participant that you bring will receive a complete chiropractic exam including x rays at No charge 😱 If you’re new to Impact, you might be the recipient of a free month of training!! 😱
