Do you believe foreclosures are up? Not a false headline BUT on that definitely needs context. During the pandemic 2020/2021 we were at historic lows so any increase is going to appear dramatic if you only consider percent increase.
Loki g at the graph you can see the number of foreclosures are still SIGNIFICANTLY below the 1.7 Million back in 2010. The number of foreclosure and current appreciation rates are allowing the market to absorb those homes.

Middle school science teachers help their students learn about the world around them, while Realtors help their clients find the perfect home. In both cases, the goal is to help people achieve their goals. Both require knowledge and expertise.
