The Firecracker DGC - Fountain Inn Disc Golf

PLEASE DO NOT GO INTO THE YARD LEFT OF THE PLAYGROUND ON 14. The homeowner does not want disc golfers in her yard. I will have a conversation with her soon. She does have a pretty gnarly dog that I wouldn't mess with. If you absolutely have to get your disc back right then, you need to ask permission before entering the yard. Please let other disc golfers know in case they do not follow the page. Thanks.

Mack Tobias will be at Tyger River Sunday for the masters tourney selling fund raising discs for Flat Rock middle school. All proceeds go to course improvements and equipment for the kids. Each disc is $20. Got inertias, reactors, and proxies. Not familiar with MVP? That's okay. They make great discs.

Buy a disc, try it out, and support the kids... Everyone has been so supportive of Firecracker DGC that it is only right to support another great school course up in Flat Rock.

He will be playing in the Masters monthly tourney, so he will not be available to sell between 2:00 and tourneys end. He hope to be there by 1, and will stick around afterwards for a little while.

With new guidelines, we will be moving to allow groups of 4. Please continue to practice common sense social distancing and obey all local laws. *Remember this course is a gift. We have been very blessed to have a supportive district, principal, and city. If you are approached and requested to disperse into smaller groups, please do so. This course will be here to enjoy for many years to come if we all take care of it.

The course is still closed. You might see bags removed, but the bag on 1 with the HUGE red X was and is not gone. The BARRICADE on 1's tee was and is still there. Please do not just move things. The tentative date is May 18th which is when parks open. And honestly, if you are playing Sunday afternoon, you'll be good to go as well. But I removed bags in preparation and I certainly would not 'forget' the barricade and 'forget' the bag on 1. They were left for a reason. If the course is to stay open (which believe me I want like everyone else) people will need to just use some common sense. Social distance, groups of 3 or less, and please do not alter the course or remove things. I try my best to provide the best for everyone to enjoy. I'd like to keep it for everyone to enjoy for a long time!
