Finally got this job wrapped up. Transformed the outside from block foundation to facing it with real stone veneer. To removing the old beat up and faded vinyl siding to new 4½" lap composite siding.

Exterior of Cato residence is almost finished, sheetrock was sanded today and now we move on to the finish work inside.

This house started as a block foundation with old vinyl siding now the rock masons are finishing up today. Composite siding install is next. If you dont like the outside, we can always change it up for you!

Foundation is up and waterproofed. Back filling tomorrow and framing is on the way.

Once we got the green light to get started, we did not waste anytime. Grading was done, footings dug, footings poured, and batter boards and strings pulled for the foundation within the first few days. 2026 is looking bright already.

16x24 Garage on Lake Greenwood is coming to an end. From grading at start to finish we are at 2 weeks and complete with garage door being hung today.
