Another beautiful handcrafted custom entry door is nearing completion..
After assembly, sanding and installing the huge hand cut floating tenons it's ready for glass and 6 coats of TotalBoat Halcyon.

Another beautiful door is ready to glue up and go in the clamps. This one is black walnut features a raised panel and 60% IG privacy glass.

I'm upgrading planers and will no longer have room for my DeWalt 735 with helical head and rolling stand. After I receive my new planer in a couple weeks this one is for sale. If anyone is interested let me know.

Wow!!!!! I am restoring the front door on this 107 year old home and the before and after is amazing!!!!! I wanted to work on these doors separately just so I could get this picture... I can't wait to get the other door restored....

Another beautiful original vintage door saved. This home is on the Greenville historical registry and saving the original front door was a must... It's been completely stripped, had bubbled veneer repairs, veneer patches and 6 coats of Halcyon varnish.
