Sometimes a simple pb and j on sour dough from Volx Bread is all you need on a Saturday afternoon after working outside!
This is from our last extraction end of May a couple weeks ago- she’s all cleaned up, sanitized and ready for round 2 of the season. I’ll see what the bees have ready tomorrow or Sunday!

Cleaning pollen that I collected today- very labor intensive but so interesting to see all the different colors and sizes. Many beekeepers don’t offer it because it’s difficult to clean and a good resource to feed back to the bees. 🌹🪻🌸🌺🌷🌻🌼💐
