Having had a grandfather as a farmer/rancher in California and a mother as a restaurateur, instilled in her the foundations to the simple principles of food for their kitchen - always look for the best sources of ingredients and have local farmer connections for produce and meats. It tastes better. Coupled with her beginnings and the culinary knowledge she acquired, she is now showcasing her foods whether Chef-crafted sandwiches and salads, customized, fully prepared or catered in your home or office.
