During Learning Disability Week, we celebrate the millions of minds that process, create, and understand differently. Not broken. Not "less than." Just beautifully, uniquely wired. π§ π« π
For too long, people with learning disabilities have been told they need to try harder, fit in, or hide their struggles. That message doesn't just hurt. It lingers. It can lead to anxiety, shame, and the quiet belief that something is wrong with you. π«π
At Telos, we believe that therapy should affirm every part of who you are including how your brain works. Dyslexia, ADHD, dyscalculia, and other learning differences are not things to be fixed. Theyβre part of who you are, your story, your strength, and the way you experience the world. πβ¨
This week, we challenge the stigmas. We celebrate inclusion. And we remind you: You are not too much. You are not falling behind. You are learning exactly as you were meant to. πππ

On Loving Day, we honor Richard and Mildred Loving. Their courage changed history. On June 12, 1967, the Supreme Court struck down laws that banned in*******al marriageπ«ποΈ
This day celebrates multiracial families, diverse relationships, and the truth that love has no color, no border, no single shape. ππ
At Telos, we know that identity, family, and belonging are deeply connected to mental health. When the world tells you that who you love or who you are is "wrong," that wound runs deep. π«π
So today, we celebrate every family built on love. Every couple who chose each other despite the challenges. Every child growing up in a home where different cultures, colors, and stories come together. π β¨
Love won then. Love wins now. And love always belongs here. πβ¨

On World Oceans Day, we remember that healing, like the sea, has many layers. It can be calm on the surface, strong and moving underneath, with quiet depths where life and growth happen. π«π
Some days, you are the gentle wave. Other days, you are the storm. Both are part of the same ocean. Both are held by something bigger than just that moment. ππ
When everything feels overwhelming, think of the tide. It pulls back, then it returns. It never stops moving, and it never stops being the ocean. πβ¨π
You do not need to be still to heal. You do not have to be quiet to feel peaceful. You just need to keep flowing, one breath, one current, one day at a time. ππ

On World Environment Day, we're reminded that healing often happens in nature. It happens slowly, patiently, in cycles. Some seasons are for blooming; others are for resting underground. Both are needed. ππ±π
If you're feeling disconnected, overwhelmed, or small, try to go outside if you can. Touch the grass. Thank a tree. Watch the clouds drift by. Notice that nature doesn't rush or put on a show. It simply breathes. And you can, too. π«Άπ³π«
Remember, you're part of this Earth. You're not separate from it. When you take a break, you're planting roots. When you feel stuck, you're getting ready. π«π‘π
