πŸ“šπŸ’šβœ¨A different way of learning is not a deficit.

During Learning Disability Week, we celebrate the millions of minds that process, create, and understand differently. Not broken. Not "less than." Just beautifully, uniquely wired. πŸ§ πŸ’« πŸ“š

For too long, people with learning disabilities have been told they need to try harder, fit in, or hide their struggles. That message doesn't just hurt. It lingers. It can lead to anxiety, shame, and the quiet belief that something is wrong with you. πŸ«‚πŸ’”

At Telos, we believe that therapy should affirm every part of who you are including how your brain works. Dyslexia, ADHD, dyscalculia, and other learning differences are not things to be fixed. They’re part of who you are, your story, your strength, and the way you experience the world. πŸ’›βœ¨

This week, we challenge the stigmas. We celebrate inclusion. And we remind you: You are not too much. You are not falling behind. You are learning exactly as you were meant to. πŸŒˆπŸ’šπŸ

πŸ’•βœ¨πŸ’› Love doesn't need permission. But for so long, the law said otherwise.

On Loving Day, we honor Richard and Mildred Loving. Their courage changed history. On June 12, 1967, the Supreme Court struck down laws that banned in*******al marriageπŸ’«πŸ›οΈ

This day celebrates multiracial families, diverse relationships, and the truth that love has no color, no border, no single shape. πŸŒˆπŸ’š

At Telos, we know that identity, family, and belonging are deeply connected to mental health. When the world tells you that who you love or who you are is "wrong," that wound runs deep. πŸ«‚πŸ’”

So today, we celebrate every family built on love. Every couple who chose each other despite the challenges. Every child growing up in a home where different cultures, colors, and stories come together. 🏠✨

Love won then. Love wins now. And love always belongs here. πŸ’•βœ¨

⚽✨"It's not about winning or losing. It's about having the courage to keep showing up."

Both on the field and in life, the biggest challenge is often the doubts and fears we have inside ourselves.

That little voice that whispers you're not good enough. πŸ§ πŸ’

But just like a player practicing a penalty kick, healing and progress happen little by little. One breath, one moment, one attempt at a time. ⚽

You don't have to be perfect. You just need to keep going.

πŸŒŠπŸ’™βœ¨The ocean does not apologize for how deep it is.

On World Oceans Day, we remember that healing, like the sea, has many layers. It can be calm on the surface, strong and moving underneath, with quiet depths where life and growth happen. πŸ’«πŸš

Some days, you are the gentle wave. Other days, you are the storm. Both are part of the same ocean. Both are held by something bigger than just that moment. πŸŒŠπŸ’š

When everything feels overwhelming, think of the tide. It pulls back, then it returns. It never stops moving, and it never stops being the ocean. πŸŒ™βœ¨πŸ’™

You do not need to be still to heal. You do not have to be quiet to feel peaceful. You just need to keep flowing, one breath, one current, one day at a time. πŸ’™πŸ‹

The Earth doesn't rush. It just keeps showing up.

On World Environment Day, we're reminded that healing often happens in nature. It happens slowly, patiently, in cycles. Some seasons are for blooming; others are for resting underground. Both are needed. πŸƒπŸŒ±πŸŒˆ

If you're feeling disconnected, overwhelmed, or small, try to go outside if you can. Touch the grass. Thank a tree. Watch the clouds drift by. Notice that nature doesn't rush or put on a show. It simply breathes. And you can, too. πŸ«ΆπŸŒ³πŸ’«

Remember, you're part of this Earth. You're not separate from it. When you take a break, you're planting roots. When you feel stuck, you're getting ready. πŸ«‚πŸ‘πŸ’š

Today, let the planet remind you: you belong here. You have the right to take up space. And you don’t need to heal all at once. One breath. One step. One season at a time. 🌎✨

πŸ³οΈβ€πŸŒˆπŸ’šβœ¨ You deserve to be loved exactly as you are
Not because of expectations or who you were told to become
Just you πŸ«ΆπŸŒˆπŸ’«

Pride is also a reminder to share truth with kindness πŸ’›πŸŒΏ
LGBTQIA+ individuals often face higher rates of anxiety, depression, and hardship because of rejection, stigma, and systems not built for everyone

Happy Pride πŸŒˆβœ¨πŸ’œ
You are not too much
You are just right
And you will always be welcome here πŸ πŸ’™πŸ€πŸŒˆβœ¨

πŸ’šβœ¨Parenting doesn’t come with a guidebook. It’s built on love, tiredness, hope, and a lot of learning along the way.

Today, on Global Day of Parents, we celebrate those who show up every day. The ones working to change old patterns. The ones healing their own wounds while helping their children heal theirs. 🌿

Parenting is tough. Really tough. And you don’t need to be perfect to be doing a good job.

You deserve support. You deserve rest. You deserve someone who listens without judging. πŸ’›

To every parent feeling overwhelmed, unsure, or simply exhausted: we see you. You’re doing better than you think.

And remember, you don’t have to go through it alone. πŸ’™

πŸŽ¨βœ¨πŸ’šCreativity isn't about being good. It's about being free.

On National Creativity Day, we celebrate the part of you that makes things just because it feels right. A doodle. A poem. A new recipe. A rearranged shelf. A messy collage made from magazine scraps. πŸ–οΈπŸ“

You don't need talent to create. You just need permission. And you already have it. πŸ«ΆπŸ’«

Creating things can help you heal. It gives shape to feelings that can be hard to find words for. It can turn β€œI’m not sure how I feel” into colors, textures, movements, or sounds. πŸŽ΅πŸ–ŒοΈπŸŒˆβœ¨

Today, make something just for yourself. Doodle. Sing. Build. Break it. Glue it back in a new way. There is no wrong way to do it. πŸ«‚πŸ’›

Your creativity doesn't have to be shared to be real. It just has to be yours.
