📣 Happy Juneteenth, Fort Worth!
Today, communities across our city are gathering to celebrate freedom, reflect on our shared history, and honor the progress that has been made.
As we celebrate, we'd like to recognize one of Fort Worth's most beloved residents, Ms. Opal Lee. This year, she celebrates an incredible milestone—her 100th birthday! Known as the "Grandmother of Juneteenth," Ms. Lee spent years advocating for national recognition of Juneteenth, helping ensure that this important part of American history would be remembered and celebrated across the country.
Right here in Fort Worth, there are events, gatherings, and celebrations happening throughout the day. We are proud to be part of a city that values remembrance, community, and the ongoing pursuit of a better future for all.
If you're attending a Juneteenth celebration today, tell us where in the comments—we'd love to hear how our community is celebrating! ❤️

💙 Some love stories aren't defined by grand gestures—they're defined by showing up every single day.
Patricia and Julio's story is one of unwavering devotion, family, and the kind of love that remains steadfast through life's greatest challenges. During a difficult season, Project 4031 had the privilege of walking alongside them, helping ease burdens so they could focus on what mattered most: time together.
Their story is a beautiful reminder that even in the hardest moments, love continues to shine.

Happy Tuesday! 💙
Today, our team reflected on Psalm 139:13-14 and the reminder that God created each of us with purpose, care, and intention.
At Project 4031, we walk alongside individuals and families during some of life's most difficult moments. While we always seek to bring light, hope, and joy, we also recognize the weight of grief, uncertainty, and heartache.
Our emotions are a God-given gift—not something to hide or rush through.
To caregivers, medical professionals, family members, and anyone carrying a heavy burden today: it's okay to not be okay. Bring your rawest emotions to God. Sit with them, feel them, and trust that He is holding you through every moment.
🌿 There is hope. There is support. There are people who care.
🌿 Hay esperanza. Hay apoyo. Hay personas que se preocupan por ti.

As we spend time with loved ones this Memorial Day, we remember those who made that privilege possible.
Today, we honor the brave men and women who gave their lives in service to our country. Their sacrifice echoes far beyond history books and ceremonies — it lives on in the freedoms we experience every day and in the families who continue to carry their memory forward. ❤️
May we never take that sacrifice for granted.

We spend so much of life trying to appear strong, capable, and put together. But Jesus begins the Beatitudes by blessing the poor in spirit and those who mourn — the ones who know they need Him. 🤍
God does not waste our hard seasons. Every struggle, disappointment, and moment of surrender can become part of the way He forms us into people of deeper mercy, peace, and trust.

🦅 From day one, these two incredible women have been the cornerstone of our organization. As foundational board members, their vision, dedication, and tireless advocacy have shaped Project 4031 into what it is today.
While they have officially rolled off our board, their impact is permanently woven into the fabric of our mission. To honor their immense contributions and ensure their spirit of service continues to inspire everything we do, we are proud to announce the official dedication of our board room in their honor.
Though the leadership structure changes, their legacy remains right at the heart of our work.
Thank you, Mary Lee and Zem, for showing us what it truly means to lead with heart, purpose, and dignity. 🤍

Please help us welcome Michael Stanley to the Project 4031 Board of Directors. 💙
Mike and his wife, Meri Louise, have been longtime supporters of Project 4031 and sponsors of our IMPACT Dinner. After leading his company, Starrfoam, for 38 years, Mike now feels called to use the blessings God has given him to serve others.
When asked why he joined the board, Mike shared that he saw a team deeply committed to serving families during life’s most vulnerable moments — and he knew he wanted to be part of that mission.
Mike, thank you for bringing your leadership, faith, and servant’s heart to Project 4031.
