As the visionary behind the program, she created in partnership with CEO Gary Blake, Emily has already made a lasting impact on our culture, and this promotion reflects both her leadership and the confidence we have in her ability to guide one of our most meaningful organizational initiatives.

As Director of Voices of Care, Emily will continue leading and expanding the program, creating meaningful opportunities for frontline team members, facility leaders, and corporate teams to connect in a more open and intentional way. Her work will focus on strengthening communication, improving collaboration, supporting retention, and helping build a culture where employees feel heard, valued, supported, and empowered to contribute.

What a wonderful Father's Day weekend! 💙 We celebrated the incredible dads, grandfathers, and father figures in our community with laughter, great company, and special memories. Thank you to all the fathers who inspire us with their strength, wisdom, and love. We hope everyone had a fantastic Father's Day!

Yari was nominated by Stephanie Bela RRN, who shared "I would like to nominate Yari Ortiz for MDS of the Month. She gives 100% every day and takes great accountability for the many programs in place that help ensure our residents receive the care they need. She is a great listener to residents, families, and staff. She is extremely organized, dependable, and punctual, making her an excellent candidate for this honor."

Ester was nominated by Jennifer Payne DON, who shared “I would like to nominate Ester Garcia at The Premier Snf Alice for MDS Case Manager of the Month for the South Division. Ester is extremely detail-oriented, dependable, and very passionate about her job. She maintains a positive attitude and is always willing to jump in and help wherever needed. She has recently stepped up tremendously by helping cover open positions on the floor and ensuring everything stays in place during the absence of a DOR. We are truly grateful for all that she contributes to the team and our residents each day.”

Hannah was nominated by Natasha RRN & Shelly Compliance Nurse, who shared "The facility Compliance Nurse and I would like to nominate Framia Hunt for Case Manager of the Month. In recognition of her hard work, outstanding reimbursement rates, and dedication to the facility. She is reliable as demonstrated in her 16+ years of service following Creative Solutions recipes. What truly sets Framia apart is, you will never know she’s having a bad day because of her compassion and commitment to Greenbrier Nursing and rehab."

Marlinda is known for her responsiveness, problem-solving abilities, and willingness to step in wherever needed to ensure smooth operations.
