It’s one of the ways we help athletes train hard without guessing, overreaching, or turning every set into a max-effort grind.
In our programming, RIR gives us a way to match the day’s training to the athlete’s actual readiness. Some days you have more in the tank. Some days you don’t. Knowing how many reps you could still perform helps us adjust intensity, build awareness, and keep progress moving without unnecessary wear and tear.

When your alarm goes off before sunrise four days a week, that's commitment.
Jose and Marla have each reached 100 classes in our Longevity Program, a specialty group designed for adults 50+ who want to stay strong, protect their joints, and improve their daily energy and sleep.
Meeting at 6AM four days a week isn't for everyone, but these two make it look easy.

Three to five days a week, you'll find Ben putting in the work at the LAB. And if he's not here, he's probably managing his ranch, spending time with family, or cheering on the Baylor Bears.
Ben is one of those members who makes consistency look easy. In fact, there have been days he's shown up straight from work in what we've affectionately named his signature "Business Casual Ben" workout attire.
When it comes to training, there's no mystery about his preferences: Arm Day? Let's go.
Leg Day? Hard pass.
But whether it's his favorite workout or not, Ben keeps showing up and doing the work and that's exactly why he's earned this milestone.
