Summer is here, and the heat is working against your chemicals.
When temps climb above 85°F, your mix dries faster! Especially on dark surfaces like this engine. That means shorter dwell time, potential spotting, and soap that bakes on before you can rinse it.

Here's what to adjust:
𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘀𝗵𝗮𝗱𝘆 𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗲 𝗳𝗶𝗿𝘀𝘁. Start on the side of the vehicle out of direct sun and work your way around. This lets your mix have a chance to do its job before it evaporates.
𝗟𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗿 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗰𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝘀𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁𝗹𝘆. A mix that's for 70°F will get aggressive fast in the summer. Dial it back 10–15%.
𝗥𝗶𝗻𝘀𝗲 𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗳𝗿𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗹𝘆. Don't let soap sit. On a hot metal surface, residue builds up fast and leaves spots.
