True to Color, Vibrant, and the Real You! Based in Fort Worth, Texas | Relocating to Okinawa, Japan in Dec 2026
Katelyn thought she was just heading to the Stockyards for a night out with Jimmy’s family… What she didn’t know was that everything had been planned down to the smallest detail 🤭
The party bus “just happened” to drop everyone off at the cactus garden because it was the only place to park. Then Jimmy’s mom suggested taking a family photo because the spot was “so cute.” 🤩
Meanwhile, I was nearby pretending to photograph my little brother while secretly making my way closer so I could capture what was about to happen!
And that wasn’t the only surprise! 🥹
After Katelyn said yes, she turned around to find her family, who had flown in from Idaho and hid behind a bush waiting to surprise her!! 🥹😭😭
This was such a special proposal to capture! The planning, happy tears, and family reunion made this one so memorable, and I feel incredibly lucky that I got to witness it all! 🤍

PSA!!!!!!! My move to Okinawa has been delayed! I will be in Texas until the end of the year 🤍
Long story short, we adopted our dog Wicket last August and we found out this week that we were missing a document we needed to move her to Japan.
After a full day of phone calls and emails, we finally found the document through her previous moving company that helped move her to Hawaii before we adopted her.
Unfortunately, my vet reviewed the document and we learned that Wicket has to complete a part of the import process over again and it requires a 6 month waiting period before she can enter Japan 😭
This means I will be staying in Texas until December (or possibly November, depending on whether I travel ahead of Wicket and Teddy)
We are definitely bummed that our timeline has completely changed, but we’re choosing to trust that everything happens for a reason. We have done long distance before, so this is nothing we can’t handle together!! 🤍
I do plan to travel and visit my husband in late July or early August, but otherwise I will be resuming Texas sessions as normal! 🤩

May was full of 21 photoshoots 🤍 I’m so grateful for every single client and to be this busy! 🥹

If you’re looking for a photographer who will guide you, hype you up, and make your session feel more like hanging out than posing, I’m your girl! Photos are important, but so is actually enjoying the experience while they’re being taken 🤍

This proposal was soooo special for me to capture!!! I have been photographing Ellie and Brian since 2024 when they graduated college together 🥹 To celebrate 5 years together, Brian reached out to me and said he was planning to propose!!!! 💍 I reached out to Ellie and tricked her into thinking I wanted to do a couples session at the Fort Worth Botanic Gardens… little did she know that halfway through, she would end up leaving with a ring 🩷
I’m so grateful that I was able to capture this big special moment for the two of you! I love you guys!!!

Kaylee and I planned to do a night time couples session at the Fort Worth Stockyards and little did she know… her guy would message me and plan a surprise proposal without her knowing 🤍 It was truly the best night!! 💍🩷
Getting trusted with moments like these will never feel real to me 🥹🤍 Every single reaction was completely different, and every single one made me emotional too 😭
