Three Rivers Estates is a great place to own property. With buy a place here, you can for approx. $100 a year, get a key to all the private parks that this community has. There are 7 parks on the Columbia County side and 2 parks on the Suwannee County side. Some parks have boat ramps, places to swim, picnic areas and a lot more.
Most of the lots that are not on the water are 100 X 400, which equals out to approx. .9184 of an acre.
