We were slightly off the path of totality this time. So these photos aren't quite as spectacular as the 2017 eclipse. Still an awe inspiring experience.

The robots are back from their camping trip, and hard at work building robo-trees for the holiday season.

I spent part of last week repairing the mirror in my DSLR camera. How did I verify that it's working again? By taking extreme macro photos of some of the fossils in my office. These were all collected in Crawfordsville, IN.

This is a 2021 technology update of an illustration I originally did almost 20 years ago. I re-modeled all the items to take advantage of new tools, and changed all the materials and lighting to physics-based which makes a huge difference in the final look.

My latest personal project:

Sometimes the way is unclear, and the path is steep and winding.

Sometimes the darkness closes in, and I can't see the obstacles in the road.

Sometimes all I have with me is what I can carry, but it can feel like a tremendous burden.

No matter how hard the trip, all I ask is God grant me enough light for the step I'm on.

While I did begin renting a studio space recently, Casegrfx started as a home business in 1998. I worked from a home office for nearly 20 years while my kids were growing up. You can all do this. Stick to your discipline, ask for help where you need it and you'll all be fine. Look out for your family, friends and neighbors. Be well!

The lights are still on at Casegrfx Multimedia. We are supporting our local community and its local businesses. We're observing all suggested precautions and limiting exposure to slow the spread of illness. We're all in this together, and we will get through it. Don't panic. Don't hoard.
