We are hiring!

Our Service Technician/installers are responsible for delivery, installation & servicing temporary heating and cooling solutions. No HVAC experience required

Experience working with mechanical, electrical & plumbing is helpful. Previous appliance repair and machine repair is a plus. Proficiency with electrical troubleshooting using a multi-meter and wiring diagrams is a big plus. We will train the right candidates.

Duties/ Responsibilities:

Deliver and install temporary heating & cooling equipment
Perform preventative maintenance
Troubleshooting and repair temporary equipment
Skills/ Requirements:

Valid drivers license with no major violations within 3 years
Able and lift and carry 50 lbs. regularly
Pass a criminal background check
High mechanical aptitude
Do the job right the first time mindset
Positive, can do attitude
Feels ownership for activities and results
Able to work with and communicate well with customers and team members.
Looking to improve processes for themselves and company.
Compensation and hours:

$15.00 to 25.00 depending on skill level and experience
Hours: Monday- Friday 7-3:30 ; on call for after-hours service
Job Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:

Hiring, training and developing service team
Troubleshooting and repairing temporary heating, cooling and dehumidification equipment
Delivering and installing temporary heating, cooling and dehumidification equipment
Parts ordering and inventory
Process improvement
Requirements:

Minimum 2 years hiring, training, supervising and coaching direct reports
Minimum 2 years servicing/troubleshooting HVAC systems or gas appliances
Proficient using a multi-meter to troubleshoot electrical circuits
Able Read and understand wiring diagrams and ladder logic
Able to lift and carry 100 lbs. regularly
High mechanical aptitude
Do the job right the first time mindset
Positive, can do attitude
Feels ownership for activities and results
Able to work with and communicate well with customers and team members.
