These cookies are a gluten-free, vegan sugar cookie. I used my own vanilla extract and beans to make them so flavorful and delicious! They were so much fun to make and I can’t wait until the Thanksgiving and Christmas cookie orders. Be on the look out for Thanksgiving order post in about two weeks!
