Today my life is filled with abundance and happiness. Happy thanksgiving and the best time to jump into real

Why guests do this I have no idea. 3 stars means just okay to the airbnb algorithm
I posted a sign in my STR on how reviews work so that guest understand the rating system

4 mistakes that every STR host should avoid!
I almost bought a $3000 couch from my first STR! I ended up going with a more affordable option which was good for me because my third guest rubbed potato chip and pasta sauce into the couch
Using smart technology makes the hosts job easier. This includes automated messaging and automated smart lock controls for each guest
Not all nights Are built the same. Weekend nights can garner more money than weekday nights. Holidays you may even get double or triple rates
