Hillcrest Commons is officially complete—and it’s one we’re especially proud of.

This project represents more than just a new development; it’s the result of strong collaboration and shared purpose. We’re grateful to have worked alongside our great friends at the Fort Wayne Housing Authority and The Model Group to bring this vision to life.

Hillcrest Commons creates safe, supportive housing for those facing chronic homelessness, and it’s a meaningful step forward for our community. Projects like this don’t happen without trust, teamwork, and a commitment to doing the right thing—and we’re proud to be part of it.

112 years ago today, Baker Street Station first opened its doors—built for a different era, a different pace, and a different kind of journey.

Decades later, it stood on the brink of being lost for good.

But instead of letting history be demolished, our founders saw something worth saving. They took a chance on what others might have overlooked—and brought this landmark back to life.

Today, we’re proud to call Baker Street Station home. A place where history isn’t just preserved… it’s part of our everyday work.

Here’s to 112 years of legacy—and the people who made sure it didn’t end early.

We had a great time at the AWAC Pinewood Derby After Hours Race last night!

After careful research (Google), precision engineering (hot glue & duct tape), and absolutely no grown adults taking a toy car race too seriously (we did), we managed to bring home 1st place in the gravity-fed division and 2nd place in the powered division.

Clearly, years of professional design experience translate well into small cars traveling at alarming speeds down an aluminum track.

Our team had an amazing time supporting Bowl for Kids’ Sake for Big Brothers Big Sisters. Together we raised $870, and with a $500 match from MR, our total contribution reached $1,370! 🎳

Thanks to everyone who supported us—we were proud to rank 16th out of 109 teams. Every dollar helps create life-changing mentorship opportunities for kids in our community. 💚
