There has never been a task that she hasn't blown me away with when completing, and we truly couldn't be luckier to have her on our team!"

Whenever there is a call, she is the first person on it! She is always running around helping other staff and playing games with the kids. I appreciate having her as a lead and an easy person to approach if you need help!"

He regularly assists his co-tech, shares knowledge (taking time to answer questions and provide clear, practical guidance), and steps in when extra support is needed. He shows a strong dedication to growth by actively engaging in ongoing training, asking thoughtful questions, and consistently applying what he learns in his work. Over time, I’ve seen clear improvement in his skills, confidence, and ability as a technician.
