I may look like a new face in the Real Estate Industry, but I have plenty of sales and finance experience in my past. I spent 2019 working as my dad, Dave Springer's marketing manager, and he invited me in 2020 to join his team by creating the DB Springer Real Estate Group. It is a great blend of my skills, alongside the experience of working with my dad who is one of the highest performing agents at Mike Thomas Associates. This business is in my blood quite literally, and I feel as if I am at home when I step into the doors of my office and my clients’ homes when out for appointments. In my past, I worked for Campbell and Fetter Bank as a Consumer Lender and negotiated with healthcare providers in the pharmaceutical industry. I was privileged to market products in various specialties such as Cardiology, Women's Health, and Family Practice. I believe that client experience is the most important aspect of the Real Estate business.
