Delaney and Roger had the great opportunity to join good friends for dinner after the Indiana Trial Lawyers Association Continuing Legal Education classes ended on Wednesday. It is always fun to network with great trial lawyers and learn from some of the best. Thank you to Monica Myslinski and Assembly for a fantastic meal at Capital Grill!

Roger presents the National Trends and encourages the New Jersey Workers’ Compensation lawyers to fight to provide injured workers of New Jersey with the fundamental right to choose their own physician, moving away from the draconian directed care (employer gets to choose the doctor). He used important data that demonstrates, nationwide, that choice is less expensive for the WC system than directed care and choice reduces the number of litigated cases involving medical disputes. He enjoyed the discussion and appreciates the support provided by WILG stalwart and NJAJ WC lawyer James Creegan, who provided introductions to key legislative players in the NJ comp system.

While in Washington DC for the Workers’ Injury Law & Advocacy Group’s Cherry Blossom conference April 24-25, Roger B Finderson and his wonderful and lovely wife Terra had the opportunity to get a run in on the mall, seeing the majestic national monuments.
