We are proud to sponsor Star 88.3’s 27th Annual Adoption Celebration on Saturday, November 8 from 3-6pm at the Parkview Mirro Center! Adoptions are one of the most enjoyable things we do in our practice uniting children with families. If you have adopted or have adoption in your family come on out and celebrate with free music, food, and giveaways! If you are interested in the adoption process, come out and get more information! Our office is blessed to have represented and guided 100s of families through the process and we’d love to be a part of more.

Kindness, mercy, and humility clothed him! He will be greatly missed!

“Noble County was lucky to have lived under the unbiased and truth-seeking gavel of Judge Kramer. He will be sorely missed by his surviving family and the community he loved so much," Rep. Stutzman said while on the House Floor Thursday.

Judge Kramer dies
LIGONIER — Noble County Circuit Court Judge Michael Kramer has died.

According to reports, Kramer died after collapsing at an airport late Friday in Chicago.

The longest serving judge in Noble County history, Kramer was first elected to the bench in November in 1990. He served as the Judge of Noble Superior Court II from 1991-2016. He had served as Noble Circuit Court judge since January 2017.

The Indiana Supreme Court will pick a senior judge to replace Kramer until Indiana Gov. Mike Braun picks someone to complete Kramer's current term which expires in 2028.

Kramer was admitted to the Indiana Bar on June 3, 1983.

He practiced law with the Ligonier-based firm of Heckner & Kirsch from October 1985 through December 1990.
