IMPAC Mailing & Shipping is looking for a reliable subcontractor in the Indianapolis area to handle basic service calls on postage meters and inserters.

🔧 What You’ll Do

• Simple troubleshooting & repairs
• Preventive maintenance visits
• Basic part replacements
• On-site customer service

What is IMI (Intelligent Mail Indicia) compliance?
The United States Postal Service is continuing the legacy of innovation by introducing the Intelligent Mail Indicia, or IMI for short. Our video provides a quick historical overview of the evolution of mail and the upcoming requirements to avoid mail disruption. The IMI meter imprint will further improve USPS postal operations and increase security standards for all mail sizes and shapes. Businesses that currently use older, non-compliant IBI (Information-based technology) postage meters will need to upgrade to an IMI-compliant system by December 2024*.
