Certain forms of farming, however, have become part of the problem rather than the solution. Industry has increasingly favored high-yield and profitability over quality and nutrition, and, in doing so has created unique problems for our generation which directly affect our health and well being. These methods are rapidly decreasing the availability and affordability of healthy organic food. We believe that we are called to be part of the solution by producing fresh, unprocessed, unaltered, organic food through sustainable agriculture and animal husbandry. Aquaponics has risen to the surface of our vision and will be the first endeavor to begin generating vision and resources.
