NEW AWARDED PROJECT | Coldwell Banker

We’re excited to announce that Felderman Design-Build has been awarded an interior remodel and expansion project for Coldwell Banker in Fort Wayne!

The project will expand Coldwell Banker’s existing space into the adjoining tenant space, creating approximately 2,250 square feet of additional workspace.

We look forward to bringing this project to life and Building Lasting Relationships along the way.

Making Room for What’s Next in Downtown Waterloo

Felderman Design-Build is excited to announce that we’ve been awarded the Construction Management of the Town of Waterloo’s former offices into the new Waterloo Business Incubator Suites!

Located at 280 North Wayne Street on Main Street in downtown Waterloo, the space is being transformed from a former retail and bank location into a place designed to help new businesses grow and thrive.

The project will breathe new life into an existing downtown space while creating opportunities for entrepreneurs and emerging businesses to establish themselves in the Waterloo community.

We’re proud to be part of a project that’s not only transforming a building, but helping create possibilities for the future of downtown Waterloo.

We’re excited to announce that Felderman Design-Build has been awarded a new project for Manges Law Firm in Fort Wayne!

As the firm continues to grow and welcomes an additional employee, their existing office space has reached its limits. We’re helping them make room for what’s next with a new office space, conference room, and a kitchen/break area.

It’s always exciting to be part of a project that supports a growing business and creates a better space for its team to work, collaborate and serve its clients.

Great projects don’t happen without great people in the field, and Dalton is a big part of making sure our jobs get done safely, efficiently, and the Felderman way.

As a Foreman, Dalton helps keep the work moving, coordinates with our crews and subcontractors, and makes sure the details in the plan become reality in the field.
