My sister joked around her birthday that she was "size mini highland cow". Seeing a real mini highland cow is about $3600, I couldn't resist making a mini crocheted version! Meet "Nameless"! (One of the few patterns I've gotten lately that did have a name already.

Any Scottish name suggestions? (The pattern also makes a Holstein cow and a bull, both adorable!)

First up...Dishcloths! Made of 100% cotton, these are a crowd favorite and make great stocking stuffers! $4/each or 3/$10.

A resource teacher that was with me every day for math last year moves to her own classroom this year. She had mentioned she needed me to make her an eagle for her room. I was able surprise her this week. 😁🦅

It's been gifted, so it can be shared! This was around 70 years in the making. We're guessing it was hand pieces by my great, great grandparents.
Being hand pieces, and sitting around for so long, some seams were coming apart when I made it smaller. Some was discolored and it was no where near square when I went to finish it. Extra quilting and it's amazing how much a crinkle from a wash and dry hides the imperfections. I'm glad the littlest niece could get something with so much history!

Hi, it's me! I don't post for months, and now 4th this week! Slogging through some straight line quilting. With this being hand pieces, I thought extra quilting would be a good idea.

And the black and white is to leave some mystery for the sister whose daughter is getting this quilt!

Working on a quilt for my 6mo old niece. This quilt top came to me a couple years ago. It was originally queen or king size and all hand sewn. It's unclear who did it, but either a great grandparent or aunt on my dad's side of the family. I can't imagine how long it took to hand piece this whole thing! I'm glad I can give it life for my niece. (And I hope it stays together!)

Hi! I'm Jen! I used to be crafty then I went back to work full time. Using the time sitting at the Diamond to build up my stock of dishcloths. Hoping some time away from school gives me more time to create!

I know Christmas just happened, but if you have requests for next year, it's never too early to get in touch. With going back to work full time, my creating time has greatly decreased and I fall asleep on the couch much earlier.

Two new (ish) nephews finally got their cross stitches. Simons I was lacking inspiration and after they moved near the airport, it happened. Gilbert has a pond and I'm guessing much fishing in his future!
