You are invited to participate in my new research project aimed at understanding how the post-pandemic changes in your work environment have impacted your work demands, attitudes toward working from home, Work-Family Conflict, job satisfaction, and psychological well-being. I am joining forces with other colleagues, Dr. Antonio Zapata, Dr.Ernesto Rosario Hernandez, to fill the gaps of the lack of multi-cultural research projects to understand the impact on employees among a workers sample in the United States, Puerto Rico, and the Dominican Republic.
