Beneath every neighborhood, every street, and every building, spatial elements tell stories we cannot see. These invisible stories travel with every 911 call from the moment it enters the network until it reaches the PSAP.

911's legacy infrastructure has run out of road, and there are five reasons why NG911 modernization can't wait any longer.

1๏ธโƒฃ Call volume has shifted, and the architecture has not.
2๏ธโƒฃ Carriers are sunsetting the underlying transport.
3๏ธโƒฃ The FCC has set the clock.
4๏ธโƒฃ Cybersecurity is no longer a separate budget line.
5๏ธโƒฃ The year-over-year rise in natural disasters outpaces legacy 911 infrastructure.

Stop answering calls on borrowed time.
