Morning thoughts...

When we do not see ourselves in love, how can we see anything in love? Unconditional love is the key. You must recognise that nothing is perfect, and that is perfectly alright. Flaws bring beauty. Don't be afraid to look at yourself in the mirror. If there is something you don't like, then change it. Change your mindset, your perspective. If it cannot be changed, then fully embrace it.

Falling in love with yourself is the most empowering thing you can do. That love naturally ripples out to everyone around you and everyone you connect with. They feel it. They may feel called to embody it as well; perhaps it awakens something within themselves.

If our perception is the connection to how we perceive, then it is the most powerful thing to work on, heal, support, and lean into. That perception is the connection we have with ourselves; it makes our reality projected back at us what we feel within. To me, this is the most powerful lesson in wisdom. We hold the key within ourselves. The idea that no one is going to save you but yourself resonates deeply because it's so true.

My work at Radiance Wellness leans into this understanding. When we calm the nervous system, the awareness that has always been within us begins to come back online. The healing does not come from me. It comes from within you. I am simply here to help guide and support that journey back to yourself.

I’m Ashley, a holistic esthetician based in Fort Wayne, IN 🌿

Holistic esthetics was formed from skin (horrible, embarrassing acne🙂🙃🙂) and gut issues I struggled with. Diving into natural remedies, diet, and lifestyle, I somehow found Ayurveda and fell in LOVE. It all just made sense.

It’s a 5,000-year-old life science (everything from surgery to astrology, or what they call Jyotish, to diet and lifestyle). It’s a full healing system that looks at the whole you...something I feel our world is desperately missing.

Radiance Wellness was created when I was tired of working for others and wanted to expand into services I’m truly passionate about, like energy healing, gua sha, marma point therapy, intra-oral massage, reflexology, chakra balancing, and more. These practices have shaped who I am today, and I feel a deep desire and a sense of responsibility to help others on their healing journey.

This work goes beyond the surface of your skin. It’s about supporting your body, calming your nervous system, and helping you return to balance. It’s about learning to listen to yourself again, and TRUSTING that.
