Mystic Splendor

Last night was my final Sip & Sound at Ambrosia Orchard, Cidery & Meadery, and honestly… I don’t think I could have asked for a more beautiful way to close it out.

We had a very small, intimate group, and it felt like exactly what was needed. Exactly what was called for.

We had the sunshine, the breeze, crickets and grasshoppers, dragonflies, butterflies, bumblebees, flowers and grass all around us. It truly felt like Mother Nature had wrapped the entire evening in one big hug.

One of my clients even told me there was a little tree frog singing right along with me while I was playing the bowls. How sweet is that? 🥹

And a very special thank you to Christina for joining me with her beautiful gong and other sound healing tools. Having her there added such a special layer to the evening, and I am so grateful she came to share her gifts with us.

There are some nights that are beautiful in the moment… and then there are nights you just know are going to stay with you.

I think last night became one of those core memories for me.

Thank you so much to everyone who came, who listened, who rested, who shared the space, and who helped make our final Sip & Sound something I will never forget. 🩷

Tranquil Tuesdays are my favorite day of the week. 🩷

Tonight at In-Body Connection, we gathered around the “campfire” for an hour of rest, relaxation, and the beautiful tones and vibrations of the crystal singing bowls.

And by campfire, I mean ME. 😂 I set myself up right in the middle of everyone as the “fire” while they gathered around me, and honestly... it was awesome.

Being that close to the bowls gave everyone a chance to really feel the vibrations and frequencies as they moved through the room. There is just something different about experiencing sound that close.

As always, I walked away tonight feeling so incredibly grateful that I get to do this work. I truly couldn't imagine doing anything else.

I can't wait to see everyone back for our next sound bath at the end of the month. 💞

Tonight I get to do something a little extra special. 🩷

I recently met a couple of wonderful local business owners who had the idea to gather some friends together and create their own private sound bath experience. And tonight, I have the absolute honor of bringing the bowls and playing for them!

I LOVE that they thought to do this. Just a group of people choosing to come together, slow down for a little while, breathe, and enjoy something peaceful together.

It also made me realize that some of you may not know private sound baths are something I offer. So if one of my scheduled events never seems to work with your schedule, or you’ve thought about gathering a few friends, coworkers, or employees together for something like this, just know it’s an option.

A beautiful reminder that sometimes the things that seem big and a little scary at first can transform into something absolutely breathtaking.

Sometimes you just have to wait for the light to hit it differently. ☺️
