Hello friends and family, I am thrilled to share that many of our formerly NineHouse customers are requesting their favorite dishes, including chicken basil, famous fried noodle, and chicken Pad Thai, and of course, my personal favorite, spicy chicken with rice or noodles. After a couple of weeks of training, I am excited to announce that Chef Danny is ready to serve these incredible options.

For this week, Friday and Saturday dinner from 4 pm to 7 pm, 4/10/26 to 4/11/26, Chef Danny’s house will have chicken basil and famous fried noodle available. Please give them a call.

Spicy chicken and Pad Thai are coming next week!!! Kokonaing family! 

We are getting ready for our Christmas Eve Special the Kokonaing Way! Don’t forget that pickup times are from 5:00pm-7:30pm tomorrow, Wednesday, December 24th.

We are beyond grateful for the incredible response to our Christmas Eve Special! The love and support has truly exceeded our expectations, and we honestly did not anticipate such an overwhelming number of orders.

At this time, we have reached our capacity and will be closing orders to ensure we can maintain the quality and care that goes into every dish. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts to everyone who placed an order and supported us—your enthusiasm means more than we can say.

To our NineHouse family,

This is one of the hardest messages we’ve ever had to write, and yet we write it with faith and deep gratitude.

Earlier this year, my husband Gabriel suffered a major stroke. Through it all, we have seen God’s hand strengthening us, and reminding us what truly matters. After much prayer, we’ve made the difficult decision to close NineHouse so we can step fully into the calling of being Gabriel’s full-time caretaker. Faith and family must come first.

NineHouse has always been more than a restaurant. Over the years, it became a gathering place, hosting meetings and get-togethers, celebrating weddings, bridal and baby showers, graduations, and birthdays, and also holding space during funerals and moments of grief. We have been incredibly blessed to share in both the joys and the tears of so many lives. Being part of those moments is something we will forever hold close to our hearts.

Before we close this chapter, we want to gather one last time and give thanks.

This will be our final day of service, and we would be honored to spend it surrounded by the community God so faithfully built through NineHouse.

There will be no set prices, meals will be offered through goodwill donations, given as you feel led. Your generosity will help our family as we trust God into this next season and allow us to close NineHouse with grateful hearts.
