So take a moment, as a team or on your own, and reflect:

What worked better than expected?
Where did you level up as a leader or organization?
What processes, people, or partnerships made a meaningful difference?
What would you absolutely do again?

Because celebrating wins isn’t self-indulgent.
It’s data.
It’s clarity.
It’s fuel.

And once you’ve taken stock of your strengths, that’s when you’re ready to hit the ground running in 2026 with better alignment and the confidence that comes from knowing what’s already working.

Your business has a strength profile, but do you know what it is?

Last week, we talked about the five components every business needs for sustainable growth: Strategy, Environment, Ex*****on, Discipline, and Success Infrastructure.

This week, we’re inviting you to go one step deeper.

Every organization has a “strength profile.”
- Some companies are incredible at ex*****on but lack a clear strategy.
- Others have strong culture but inconsistent discipline.
- Some have big goals, but no real infrastructure to support them.

When these components are out of balance, growth feels harder than it should.

Here’s a simple exercise:
Rate each of the five components on a scale of 1–5.
- Which areas feel solid and reliable?
- Which ones feel unclear, inconsistent, or underdeveloped?
- What would change for your business if all five were strong and aligned?

Most leaders don’t need to work harder—they need clarity on where the real gaps are.
