LUXOR Upper Dublin is moving into its next phase of construction. Sub-building 1 is now under roof with windows installed and interior work is underway with wiring and plumbing in progress. With bulk framing nearing completion, sub-building 2 is on track to be under roof soon.

This acquisition adds 125 apartment homes directly adjacent to our LUXOR Wilmington community, an asset that is fully stabilized and delivering strong performance. Expanding in a location where we have already established operational success reflects a disciplined and intentional growth strategy.

We are wrapping up the final concrete pour for the first half of the building (sub building one). Up next: courtyard concrete pours and completing the remaining sections of the sub building. Framing is progressing beautifully, and we are on track for the first half of the building to be under roof soon.
