Who’s a white dude with great hair, big muscles, retired Senior NCO energy, Airman for life status, and his own podcast?

Well, duh. It’s me.

But apparently it’s also .

I cannot tell you how many people have walked up to me thinking I was Martin Foster. I’ll politely tell them they’ve got the wrong guy, and then they’ll double down like, “No, man, we talked about this last year.”

At that point, what am I supposed to do? Argue with a confident stranger? Absolutely not. I just laugh and accept that somewhere out there, Martin is getting credit for my work too.

Honestly, it works out great for both of us. There are basically two of us running around now, and we each get to take credit for the other one’s accomplishments.

Veteran networking, but with a pinch of identity theft.

But all jokes aside, Martin is one of my best friends, a brother for life, and getting to be on the red carpet together tonight is something we dreamed about nearly four years ago. Back then, I do not think either of us really believed something like this would ever happen.

Yet here we are.

Fox Force is in Tampa for SOF Week with a mission that fits this community perfectly. Founded by women with backgrounds in military, law enforcement, first response, and special operations, Fox Force turns hard-earned experience into mentorship, training, leadership development, and practical confidence for women in everyday life. Their message is simple and strong: women’s development for all women. Together, we are a force. Great meeting the team and seeing that mission represented here at SOF Week.

The team is some of the best humans and leaders I’ve ever come across. Getting this book is a NO BRAINER. Five pages in and already hooked.

Less than a week from today, I’ll be joining the Military & Veteran Entertainment Awards on the red carpet for the 2nd Annual Awards Gala at the Skirball Cultural Center in Los Angeles.

This night brings together military and veteran filmmakers, creators, actors, entertainers, and allies helping change the narrative, with special guests including Dennis Quaid, Gene Simmons of KISS, and more.

Truly honored to share these veteran stories on a global scale, giving them the love and attention they deserve.

Hell yeah!

Something I did not expect in 2026...being asked to do media and red carpet interviews at an awards show.

Next Saturday, May 23rd, the second Annual Military & Veteran Entertainment Awards will take place in LA.

This is an incredible event that honors the Military Community working in media.
