Installed 2 1/4x 3/4 prefinished white oak.

Repaired subfloor. Installed 7” x 3/4 red oak planks. Stained golden pecan. Satin oil base finish.

Tear out carpet pad and tack strip.
Leveled subfloor in guest bedroom.
Installed 3 1/4x 3/4 white oak #2 common
Stain it 70% dark walnut 30% classic gray
Oil base satin 3 coats
Installed base and shoe molding to match floor.

Nail down hardwood 2 1/4 x 3/4

Nail down engineered.
2500 sq ft.

Tore the kitchen out laminate two layers of vinyl and 3/4 thick of ply wood
Install 3/4 x 3 1/4 red oak to make it match the existing.

The after went with bona ebony water pop blend the stains.like nothing happen.
