A winter storm watch has been issued for this weekend, with the potential for snow, ice, and extreme cold temperatures. Our team is preparing the community, and we ask residents to take a few simple steps to stay safe and help prevent weather-related issues.

Helpful Winter Tips:

🌡️ Keep your thermostat set to at least 65°F, even if you’re away

🚰 Let faucets drip slightly during extreme cold to help prevent frozen pipes

🚪 Open cabinet doors under sinks to allow warm air to circulate

🧊 Use caution on sidewalks, stairs, and parking areas—surfaces may be icy

🚗 Move vehicles as needed to allow for snow and ice removal

Our maintenance team will be monitoring conditions closely throughout the storm.
