Teen Group Classes start May 28th at 12:00 PM

A curated class designed for ages 14–19 to move, reset, build confidence, and feel good in a supportive studio environment.

Because of that, Inner Vision is stepping into what’s next in the most thoughtful way.

Come spring 2026, we’ll step into a new space just across the street — one that opens the door to what’s next for Inner Vision and allows us to deepen the experience we share with you.
